[概要] Overview

Quest Global東京オフィスは日本全体のビジネスを管理し7つのビジネスユニットを所有しています。本ポジションは現在約70人以上から構成される航空宇宙や防衛関連のアカウントを管理し、将来は日本から東南アジアまでのビジネス拡大を目指すことを期待されています。具体的には複数の所在地に点在するエンジニアチームを管理し、お客様と密にコミュニケーションをとり、また内外の関連するチームと連携して、スムーズな日々のオペレーションの効率化とビジネス拡大を図ります。

Quest Global Japan Corporation manages the overall Quest Japan business and has 7 Vertical Business Units. This position is mainly to cater Aerospace & Defense Business Unit which is a very established business over last more than a decade, and has 70+ engineers supporting from Japan, SEA and India together. Japan Aero unit has aspirational plan to grow from here in Japan and south east Asia.

The Program Manager will be responsible for customer development, employee supervision, hiring, project management, program management and financial/business health of the program in Japan region of the unit. Program Manager span of control extends over a group of technical and people managers and by extension their direct reportees as well.

This Program Manager role will manage the delivery operations & existing teams in Japan as well as Delivery Led Growth responsibility, also collaborates with Sales team to growth the business by providing resource readiness, capability building, etc. Program manager will communicate closely with customers, internal stakeholders & cross functional teams & employees to manage them effectively to ensure day to day smooth delivery operations.

ビジネス拡大:

• 営業と連携してキーとなるお客様と密にコミュニケーションをしてお客様の課題、ペインを共有してオポチュニティーを発掘する
• お客様の課題解決になり得るグローバルや他社の事例を参考にしてソリューションを提案する
• 技術、人的資源、インフラの観点から、必要な能力を算定し実行な可能な計画を立てて実行する
• 要員計画を立て採用活動に参加し、採用チーム(Talent Acquisition Team)、HR、テクニカルチームと協業する
• 常にクエスト• グローバルA&Dの最新技術、能力に触れ、それをベースにお客様に対してクロス• セルを実行する
• 他のデリバリー組織や管理組織と連携してプロジェクトマネジメント、ビジネスユニット、コンプライアンスに必要な専門知識を持ち込む

• KPIの達成、あらゆるコンプライアンスの遵守、クロスセル及びアップセルの実行
• オペレーションの効率化、最適なリソースの稼働率の達成およびそのための稼働率の定期的なトラックの実施
• 全てのチームの生産性向上に努め、お客様の期待に応えるべくプロジェクトの品質と技術標準へのフォーカス、チームの能力開発、デリバリーのプロセスの改善に取り組む
• エンジニア(部下)の目標を設定し、部下の業績、能力向上のためのメンタリングやコーチングを行う

お客様関連:

• お客様の管理職、ステークホルダーと良好な関係を構築し、Questのビジネス拡大に貢献する

Growth:

• Collaborate with Sales, understand customer's problems/RFQs, support on the response with necessary solutions
• Plan & implement the capability needs of the unit from technical, manpower, infrastructure perspective.
• Participate in recruitment activities in co-ordination with Talent Acquisition Team, HR, Technical Team.
• Keep himself upto date with the Quest Global A&D capabilities, and cross sell as applicable to Japan A&D customers.
• Coordinate with other Delivery and Administrative functions to bring in the right expertise for Project management, Business Unit and Compliance.

People and processes:

• Achievement of KPIs and all aspects of compliance. Cross-Sell and Up-Sell
• Ensure operational efficiency and optimum resource utilization and monitor utilization regularly
• Drive productivity throughout all the teams. Identify and adhere to quality and technical standards in the delivery of projects Capability development of teams Process/Procedure Development for Delivery to meet customer expectations
• Set up target for engineers (subordinates), and appraise and coach them to improve their performance and develop their competencies

Customer:

• Meet, connect and develop very good relationship with customer managers and all contacts on the ground and enhance this relationship to grow Quest business
• Ensure governance mechanism in place for customer and internal stakeholders

Work Experience

• 必須要件
• Must Have

• 12年以上のエンジニアリング関連業種での経験
• 航空宇宙又は防衛業界での経験
• 管理職またはプロジェクトマネージャーの経験
• 8年以上のラインマネージャーとしてのマネジメント経験(50名以上)
• MS Officeに精通 (Power Point, Excel等)

• 12+ year experience in an Engineering industry
• Experience and understanding of aero and Defense vertical
• Exposure to Project / people / growth Functions related to Engineering Industry, Proven leadership, communication and organization skills
• 8+ year experience of line manager and manage more than 50 people
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, such as PowerPoint and Excel required
